Great place to live but the rent is high like everywhere in Colorado. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great.ðI have lived here for 5 years. I wanted to add that the maintenance manager Tim goes by (Lucky) he is the best maintenance manager that I've ever had in any apartment I've lived in and I've lived here for going on 6 years might be a little longer so thank you.

I generally don't like to leave reviews, but I am this time. I have lived here for a few years now. This is the 3rd property management company that I have seen come through--and, unfortunately they're not very good. They aren't very professional and seem to be out of the office more than they're in the office. I get that sometimes emergencies come up and potential new tenants arrive for tours, but come on...not every day, and not for hours on end! They have also just recently decided to stop accepting packages for the residents, however, they have said that they would be willing to give the people delivering packages a key fob to gain access to the buildings, which would be great, but the office staff generally aren't readily available to do so! The office personnel seem less professional and also more unwilling to be of assistance than any previous management this community has had, as they are less service-minded and more about sitting in the office and taking my money! Also, I'm not the only person who takes issue with the new management, but I'm probably one of the only ones who will take the time to write a review. I'm not sure that I want to stay here any longer than I have to...

The office staff are horrible. They take your packages and lock them up, but when you go to get your packages the office staff are gone. They aren't even around to collect rent and then you end up with a late fee because they are lazy. The rates keep going up even though they do not update or renovate anything. The garbage is always overflowing and it smells every time the wind blows

I wanted to say I am thankful for the new owners and staff here at Echo Ridge. They are working hard to provide us who live here a enjoyable living community. We all have to be accountable for our own living experiences. Like packages ..if you are getting one in the mail check your tracking # .. this is not their job to tell you when you have packages They are doing their best to keep everyone happy which is in possible. So if we all pull together and give them time . Go up and meet them ..Danielle and Sydney and amazing and are trying very hard!! Last year yes the pandemic was going on but we had a pool party. And had free food ..who called them and thanked them??

New office staff/management is terrible. No communication on literally anything. Thank goodness the maintenance staff is the same, they are the saving grace of the community.

Be aware that management recently changed, so look for the most recent reviews when evaluating whether you would like to live here or not. Cons: 1. Payment Portal - Minimum fee of $2.95 to use your bank account # and routing information. For most rental, utilities, or other payment platforms you will not receive a fee if you use bank account information. The higher end of the fee spectrum is around $40+ to use PayPal and another payment option is around $40+ which is ridiculous. 2. Package Delivery Updates: You will now need to call to inquire if you have a package in the office or not. The previous management let you know. Definitely appreciated that. When I walk into the office building I now see packages in the lobby. I think this is a result of people not being aware of packages that have arrived. 3. Additional Fees - In addition to rent you will be charged close to $100 for water, sewer, maintenance upkeep, and few other fees. I wasn't aware of these fee upfront, so be sure to take that into account when estimating and comparing living costs. 4. Interior Smell - The enclosed walkway interior does smell like a mixture of smoke and other bad smells. Your apartment itself smells fine. 5. Noise - The walls are thin and there are three floors with four apartment units on each floor, 12 different households in one building so you're bound to overhear something at some point. If you're on the second floor, you will be able to hear the people below, above, and on the same side as you. You will hear your neighbors dogs. You will hear people have loud fights. You will be able to tell when people have parties. That being said, most of the people quiet down at reasonable hours. 6. AMC LLC (new Management) vs. Griffis Blessing (old Management). AMC has a lot of negative reviews from renters (on BBB) and the people who work for them (on Glassdoor). Griffis Blessing on the other hand has fewer negative reviews and the staff who work for Griffis Blessing are on average happier to work there. Based on this alone, I could see things declining a bit in terms of cost-cutting while raising rent. Typical practices when change of management occurs. Neutral Management Staff - Haven't had too many interactions so far, but they have been responsive to me when I have interacted with them. Pros: 1. Great Maintenance Staff - Definitely love the maintenance staff and am glad they stayed despite the change in management. They're always on top of it when there's snow. The sidewalks will be clear in a reasonable amount of time too. They're quick to answer calls, when we've had a maintenance emergency they've been there within a few minutes. 2. Good sense of community among the people here - Been helped out a few times by people in this apartment complex community. So that was nice. I feel pretty safe here, and most of the people are chill and/or friendly. 3. Price - Around 1500/mo total for a two bedroom unit is reasonable compared to other two bedroom apartments in the area. Now that management has changed I'm not sure if this price still holds. 4. Apartment itself - The apartment is pretty decent aesthetically. Keep in mind that the appliances are a bit older, and the heating and cooling may be inefficient. The energy bill can be around $150-200/mo in the summer if you use AC. My washer and dryer are okay. The washer isn't very good at draining all the liquid, so it will take a few hours to dry the laundry because of how damp the clothes are.
