I just moved out of Echo Ridge to move across the country but my experience here was super solid. Moving in is streamlined and smooth. The front office staff is so friendly and responsive. I talked to Sydney a good handful of times and she was always so helpful. The maintenance guy Lucky is literally the best. He is so kind and fun to talk to while he is fixing stuff. It can definitely be nerve wracking having someone you barely know enter your home but after a few minutes you will feel like you're talking to an old friend. Not only is Lucky friendly but he gets the job done right the first time. Everyone at Echo Ridge is seriously amazing. I was truly spoiled living there.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Echo Ridge at North Hills. From the moment I moved in, the management team and maintenance staff have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, often within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and modern—with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for both relaxing and working from home. The community amenities are also a huge plus. I love having access to the gym and pool they’re always well-maintained and never overly crowded. And the events the office has for the community have all been super fun and interactive. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Echo Ridge at North Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

We all have to be accountable for our own living experiences. Like packages ..if you are getting one in the mail check your tracking # .. this is not their job to tell you when you have packages They are doing their best to keep everyone happy which is in possible. So if we all pull together and give them time . Go up and meet them ..Danielle and Sydney and amazing and are trying very hard!! Last year yes the pandemic was going on but we had a pool party. Updated Review 5/5 Review - a lot has changed in 3 years, so I wanted to update my review. I've been here for over four years now, and management has done a great job with improving the points I critiqued in a previous review. I do enjoy living here, and have for over four years now. I feel like I have a voice and management responds and takes action when I do need something. Maintenance is absolutely fantastic. In the middle of a snow storm, our carbon monoxide alarm went off, and maintenance was there within 5-10 minutes to check out what was going on. Whenever I submit a maintenance ticket, I have that item resolved fairly quickly, especially if it's a higher priority item, such as AC issues during the summertime. Overall a good place to rent and we've been satisfied for the last four years here. Below are a few FYIs incase you're thinking about renting an apartment from this community :) FYIs: Payment Portal - The payment portal is Domusu and does not charge a fee if you use your bank account to pay. Deliveries/Packages - Most packages are delivered to my door. Occasionally Amazon will give you a call to be let in, but for the most part I don't have much of an issue with receiving packages. Water/Sewer/Trash/Maintenance - Fees come to about $90. Garage - You can rent a garage for $125/mo Reserved Parking Space - reserved parking space costs $35/mo There is an enclosed walk-way to your apartment, this gets cleaned professionally once a week. Residents in the units next to us are respectful and keep to quiet hours. Building units hold 12 apartments total. I believe AMC LLC is still the property manager. So far things have been good. Management Staff - They're great to work with and are very responsive. They create newsletters that go out, and create community events. Community Events - I've been to a few and they're well done. Definitely enjoy this aspect Pool/Fitness Center Amenity - Great amenities and well maintained The apartment itself - it is a nice apartment. If you stay long like me they'll offer upgrades to appliances etc. It's been really nice to live here.

The maintenance staff here is absolutely amazing! They moved my Handicap parking spot over closer to the sidewalk in a bigger area so I have better access to my car. Aside from that, the first big snow, they were out here early getting the sidewalks cleared and even took a couple extra minutes to clean up the handicap area so I didn't have to worry about ice! The staff are always a welcome and friendly sight to see, it makes living here feel more like home when you have good people taking care of each other, and the staff definitely sets that standard of caring!

What can I say that hasn't been said before? The staff has gone above and beyond mine and my family's expectations! Nichole and Amanda have anything and everything to make me and my family feel welcomed. They treat us like family, I've never had that where I lived before,it was always as a tenant not as a person or a family where I have lived before! The maintenance team is like nothing I have experienced before, especially Lucky he greets me and my family by name as well as our dog bacon! My kids love seeing and talking to him he's always engaged with their conversation. Any issue we have ever ha had Lucky and his team are there right away! Update: 5/2023, Unfortunately I had to relocate to a different area and absolutely hated to move from this complex. The management and maintenance crew are the best I have ever had to associate with. The complex is always clean and pristine. The pool was always clean and inviting. If I ever have the opportunity to need to live North of Denver area again I will definitely move back. Where I had to move to does not even hold a candle to Echo Ridge. If you need to move North, move here. You won't regret it. :) I have lived here over 2 years. The maintenance crew especially Tim Luckey the Maintenance Supervisor, has been especially wonderful. He has helped me immensely. Being disabled has its challenges and thankfully the whole crew, including management Nichole and Amanda have been God sends. Maintenance is alway taken care of in timely fashion. I am so happy with our move here. For a very comparable price, this apartment is many times better than our previous one that was a few miles away. The front desk staff (Amanda and Nichole) are kind and most importantly-- available (which is a huge improvement from our previous living situation). I'm also grateful when they hold boundaries by emailing residents if dog-poop pickup is subpar, or asking people to not smoke near the building. Also, we love the maintenance team. They are two super sweet guys and they are timely in their responses. Even though it is next to I-25, we are sort of nestled away and there are lots of beautiful cottonwoods here. I saw a review saying that the walls were thin and it was noisy here, but I don't think that is particularly true relative to other places I've lived. I found beautiful biking trails with a creek nearby as well as a community garden across Huron street that we will be using next summer. We are really happy with this place.

This is one of the best apartment complexes we’ve lived in! While we could have written a positive review from our very first phone call with Echo Ridge, we wanted to get some time living here under our belt to add more! Management care/service is always a priority for us and Nicole and Amanda exceed our expectations consistently! During the search/signing process they were transparent and answered all our questions. They never made us feel pressured or intimidated and treated us like family before even signing. They made the move in process seamless and did so with big smiles (under masks, of course)! The apartment units themselves are incredibly spacious, clean, and have just the right balance of homey/cozy and snazzy/renovation. The grounds are as beautiful as the pictures and are maintained very well. The insides of the apartment buildings/stairways are also cleaned regularly and you can smell that fresh clean scent throughout. TLDR: You should move here!

Sheila and Amanda (the leasing office) have been nothing short of amazing. They have a calm demeanor, not pushy, and will do anything and everything to help you get into a place. From the maintenance guys to the staff, we are so excited to live in the complex! We have been living in a hotel for the past 10 days, we have 2 kids, and have been stressed beyond belief. Amanda worked with us and reassured us that everything was going to be ok and that we didnt have to look anymore and she was correct. Lucky, the maintenance gentleman, is so amazing! He took our kids and entertained them as we signed paper work which was so amazing. I am so thankful and excited for the future with our new home :)

The friendliest staff ever! Maintenance is great, never had a problem. I lived in building E on the bottom floor and couldn’t deal with the noise from the upper floor so I asked to be moved to a higher floor apartment, they moved me to building C 3rd floor and then it was great. I wish parking was specific for each apartment but only because I wanted to park close to my building, other than that it’s fine. The management team is amazing, very helpful and very friendly and attanetive. Sheila and Amanda are lovely. Even Melanie who was the manager before Sheila. I would definitely recommend.

I moved here with my family from Florida in August. Amanda took care of everything for us and we moved into a beautiful apartment sight unseen. Since we have moved in, several things have broken down and Luckey from maintenance has fixed it really quickly, with efficiency and has been the kindest person! Our fridge was broken, they replaced it, our dryer stopped working and they are taking care of that too! Every time we walk into the office, everyone is beyond kind, especially to my daughters. The apartments are always clean and the neighbors are quiet and kind. Most people pick up their dog poop lol but thats bound to happen. The community is also extremely pet friendly!! They have made the experience of moving 2200 miles with two 4-year olds a much happier experience. Thank you !!

Updated 12/5/18 My car was wrongfully towed from my complex with my parking sticker there clear as day and during the tow my car was damaged. Amanda and Sheila went ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting with getting back what was rightfully ours and also with the repair claim process through the towing company. We are forever grateful for their help and honestly for them being involved at all when they could have had a "not our problem" attitude. We were treated with the upmost respect even when we were infuriated with everything going on. The management here is amazing! Anyone who is debating on moving here most absolutely should! These ladies will help with ANYTHING you are having an issue with and are actually understanding people :) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We were approved for an apartment very quickly with all the help from the office staff! We love the complex and cannot wait for move in day! Thank you :)

Always super friendly in the office Sheila and Amanda are so understanding and super welcoming all the time! Maintenance always has my work orders taken care of as soon as possible! The complex is clean inside and out! And the Neighbors are always friendly! I love living here and I would 10/10 recommend it to others! I lease apartments myself and if I don’t have something to fit a persons needs I send them here!

We've lived here for about 2 months now. When we got here they re-landscaped and re-roofed our building. It's a quiet family friendly area with nice view of the mountains. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. There's a real sense of community here with the staff throwing events here and there. My kids and dog love stopping by the office to chat with the management. If you're not from around here like we were, there's a lot the area has to offer: parks, restaurants, shopping and close proximity to the highway. The police station is near by as well so we feel very safe with our family running around. Neighbors mostly consist of families and couples, no issues yet. Overall for the price Echo Ridge has exceeded our expectations.

My fiancé and I have lived here for over a year now and we are extremely happy here. Great place to live the apartments are beautiful and the outside is very well maintained. On top of that the office staff and maintenance staff are very accommodating and get back to you right away. When ever we have had an issue it’s been handled in a timely manner and they are willing to go above and beyond for you. I would highly recommended these apartments.

I've felt valued as a resident and am warmly greeted whenever we cross paths. Everyone on the staff knew me and my name long before I had committed theirs to memory. She gave me all the details of the property and all the information I needed on a two bedroom apartment. Great place to live but the rent is high like everywhere in Colorado. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great very helpful caring about very issues that I ever had they always seem to get it figured out for me thank you.👍 I have lived here for 8 years. I wanted to add that the maintenance manager Tim goes by (Lucky) he is the best maintenance manager that I've ever had in any apartment I've lived in and I've lived here for going on 9 years might be a little longer so thank you.

Very great experience! The complex, building, and apartment is great. More space and its a very nice and a calm place to stay at, but there are some issues to be fixed since there is a lot of leaking in the kitchen in some apartments. Luckily the staff is nice of providing you with help immediately!

Just moved into the complex. It was incredibly easy and staff have been friendly. Pointed out that the deck needed to be repainted and they got it done that day so I could move in immediately. It's a walk up but the stairs are wide so moving furniture was easy too. I'm really looking forward to living here. Its overpriced, but everything in town is right now. They really make up for it with lots of activities and consistent upkeep of the property to keep it clean looking nice. If I knew anybody looking for an apartment right now, I would deffinately reccomend this place.

I absolutely love this place! Just a very good vibe all around and the staff is great! They are all so friendly and cheerful! I came from a "not so nice" apartment complex prior to moving here and this place compared to where I was living is 100 times better! Yes the walls are thin and noise carries but if that's the only complaint I can carry I'm all about it! I most definitely feel very welcome and at home here and am so happy to have found out about and relocated to this community. They keep great maintenance on the grounds and all of the maintenance crew are very kind and pleasant! I highly recommend this community and cannot rave enough about it! Thank you Village at North Hills!
