The maintenance crew here are excellent. Tim Lucky always goes over and above whats required. He has always shown kindness and respect. My maintenance needs are always addressed iby the following day. Thanks Tim!

I had a walk through a couple months ago and had an excellent experience both with the people in the office and with the overview of the apartment. You can tell they take pride in the overall experience they give to each individual. Overall it was amazing!!

Just renewed my lease! With the exception of an occasional noisy neighbor (apartment living :) I have had zero issues since moving in. The Management & Maintenance Team are amazing & always timely & helpful. The grounds are well maintained & my building is always clean. Love this place!

Be WEARY. Horrible, disgusting apartment that treats tenants horribly and tricks people with good looking photos of the apartment. Be aware, this is a filthy apartment grounds with crime in the vicinity and uncleaned dog poo throughout the area with filthy tenants. Management will do nothing if you complain. I have leaved this apartment within the past year but it could have gotten better if there is new management I expect the manager to comment on this review and provide information of whether that is the case.

This has been said a dozen times - But here it is again. Management and maintenance crew is unmatched. Mr.Luckey and his crew have been nothing short of amazing. They make you feel like family. If you're looking for a clean, affordable (as affordable as it can get during this economy) and to feel well taken care of, this is the place for you.

New to the property. Our experience is amazing. Lucky is just fantastic. The staff are very friendly. This property is exceptionally maintained inside and out. The gym is clean and functional. But that pool is priceless, two BBQ grills, plenty of seating, and a fire pit for chilling and grilling.
