This place was so beautiful when I moved in almost 2 years ago. However things changed and of course for the worst. A few months ago, we saw our first cockroach in my roommates bathroom. I quickly reported it because I am allergic to them and canât be around them. However, they told me âWell nobody else has complained about cockroaches. Just you, are you sure it wasnât something else?â My roommate unfortunately grew up around them, of course he knew what a cockroach looked like. Thatâs when the roaches became an everyday occurrence. I kept reporting them, they would send someone to spray but god forbid they do their jobs too. I kept reporting and reporting it, I thought maybe I am disgusting and accidentally brought them in. I thought I was the only one. One morning, I had a damn roach in my drink! YES! In my drink, I was fed up. I go to the office to tell them that I have had enough. They acted like I hadnât been telling them for months! One manager looked at me and said âOh you too?â Uh, YEAH!!!! Iâve told you over and over again. Thatâs when she told me someone came in with them, didnât report it and left. So this once beautiful complex is not worth living in anymore because of those disgusting things!

Things were great was my first apartment, then after the honeymoon phase of the apartment things went down calling multiple times over neighbors above letting their dog pee on the porch down onto my BBQ and my kids toys, nothing absolutely nothing done my wife ended up calling animal control just to get something done about it other things continued to happen with those neighbors nothing done even had the cops pound on my door at 3 am from those neighbors fighting something about a gunshot or something, I could go on honestly but I feel like this is enough said hopefully yall figure it out

I was calling and I was asking info about the apartment and I was doing calculations while on the phone with Sydney and once I said, âOk so I might not qualify.â SYDNEY literally hang up the phone. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I love living here maintenance is friendly and get stuff done very quickly on top of being funny, completely happy with the apartment amenities. Lucky the maintenance man is a funny guy. Office staff is completely helpful

The maintenance crew here are excellent. Tim Lucky always goes over and above whats required. He has always shown kindness and respect. My maintenance needs are always addressed iby the following day. Thanks Tim!
