I have lived here 4 1/2 years I have always had a prompt response to work order request, The Ladies in the office are very nice and accommodating, the 2 maintenance men are friendly good at there jobs. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Love living here, Danielle and the other staff members have been amazing through the 2 years of me living here ,yes there are little issues, but that comes with every older apartment complex. parking is never an issue, maintenance is amazing always on top of it and super friendly , though Iâm still waiting for my closet door hahað definitely planning on staying awhile! Thank you Echo Ridge staff! And friendly neighbors!

Horrible !!! Would give 0 stars if I could DO NOT I repeat DO NOT move here ! Cockroach infested their everywhere baby ones at that! And they donât even tell you until your have to find out for yourself. And they up your rent every month! Please save your time and donât move here ! ðª³

I love how helpful Staff is! I'm so glad and feel so safe that the buildings have multiple security doors, makes me feel so safe! Thank you! Highly recommend! Not to mention how quiet the area is and well maintained!

I absolutely love the area, the apartment and staff. Danielle and the staff from the office are wonderful and so helpful. Tim & his crew are on top of things. The grill, pool and gym are a nice bonus. The neighbors are all friendly. The vibe is all around enjoyable. Everything is near as far as shopping. I really enjoy living here.

Danielle and Sydney made the moving in process such a breeze! I appreciate their constant communication and availability to answer any of my questions! Tim and Adam are also very helpful and get maintenance requests done promptly.

Adam is always fixing everything as soon as I ask Great maintenance , Iâve never had a problem with maintenance. They are the most friendly people and get things done as soon as They are asked Tim is also very polite and gets whatever is broken fixed
