The apartments themselves are not horrible. They do have multiple issues but what apartment doesn't have some. The reason for the low score is the staff. Particularly the manager. She has lied to me multiple times and is quick to change her mood when you call her out on those lies. I've been in the office numerous times and yet to see her do anything. She is rude and the laziest manager I've ever seen. She ruined our experience and I would never recommend someone move here till the manager is replaced with a competent one. The owners of this property needs to take a long look at it's staff.

I absolutely love this place! Just a very good vibe all around and the staff is great! They are all so friendly and cheerful! I came from a "not so nice" apartment complex prior to moving here and this place compared to where I was living is 100 times better! Yes the walls are thin and noise carries but if that's the only complaint I can carry I'm all about it! I most definitely feel very welcome and at home here and am so happy to have found out about and relocated to this community. They keep great maintenance on the grounds and all of the maintenance crew are very kind and pleasant! I highly recommend this community and cannot rave enough about it! Thank you Village at North Hills!

After reading these reviews I thought I would be unhappy here but I really love my apartment. It's a good deal for the neighborhood. The staff is always really nice too. The national night out bbq was great-thanks again for putting that on!

The office staff is so friendly. They are so kind and willing to work with you. The maintenance team is so great and they always make sure we are taken care of. I am glad to call this place my home.
