Very great experience! The complex, building, and apartment is great. More space and its a very nice and a calm place to stay at, but there are some issues to be fixed since there is a lot of leaking in the kitchen in some apartments. Luckily the staff is nice of providing you with help immediately!

I like it bc there's a lot of kids and nice people here and the apts are very space'es and the people above me are a little noisy but I'm not home much so I'm good and the price is reasonable

Worst place I have ever lived -- complete incompetent office staff. They lost our rent check (found out later actually, that they had used our $900+ towards another person's rent) and had the audacity to threaten eviction. Upon moving out, our apartment looked AMAZING -- because I cleaned it for 3 days (steam vacuumed, cleaned the freaking floorboards with tooth brushes!), all so I could get my deposit back. They ended up charging us an additional $400 anyway. Extremely money-hungry. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Just moved into the complex. It was incredibly easy and staff have been friendly. Pointed out that the deck needed to be repainted and they got it done that day so I could move in immediately. It's a walk up but the stairs are wide so moving furniture was easy too. I'm really looking forward to living here. Its overpriced, but everything in town is right now. They really make up for it with lots of activities and consistent upkeep of the property to keep it clean looking nice. If I knew anybody looking for an apartment right now, I would deffinately reccomend this place.

On the bright side, they will accept anyone. However, you should not move here they just want your money. Make sure you read the lease agreement thoroughly. $150 charge to paint apartment after living there for six months and $80 for cleaning. Don't expect your deposit back. Floors creak( may want to be on 3rd floor) You can hear your upstairs neighbors constantly Don't be late on rent otherwise they make you pay a Colorado average rent for your apartment plus a bs processing charge of $150 The maintenance crew is great, if I had the option of rating just them I'd give them 5 stars... Not the case though so my experience of living there earned the village at north hills one gold star! :)

The apartments themselves are not horrible. They do have multiple issues but what apartment doesn't have some. The reason for the low score is the staff. Particularly the manager. She has lied to me multiple times and is quick to change her mood when you call her out on those lies. I've been in the office numerous times and yet to see her do anything. She is rude and the laziest manager I've ever seen. She ruined our experience and I would never recommend someone move here till the manager is replaced with a competent one. The owners of this property needs to take a long look at it's staff.
