The leasing staff will say or doing anything to pursue you in signing the lease. Once you sign the lease, you will be trapped. If you ever want to leave the apartment, they will slam you with 2 months of penalties. The apartment complex filled with bad neighbors and drug dealers. If you need any kind of repairs, it will take them long long time to respond. You really need to stay away from this apartment before you make the biggest mistake.

The apartment is handled by the worst management staff. When repair is required, it takes them long time to fix. The staff will say anything just to get you to move in. The moment you decide to move out, not only they withhold your entire deposit, they will also slam you with 2 months of penalties. If I were you, I would stay away from this apartment as far as possible.

Its an okay place, but it's WAY too expensive and they aren't good at fixing things. Air conditioner has broken twice and now we HAVE to keep it at 69 or else it'll freeze and our shower has broken numerous times. The heat is over baring and changing the dial does nothing, yet they refuse to fix it properly.

Worst Experience Ever!!! Do NOT rent from here... Seriously, save yourself the heartache and time. They are THIEVES and they try to steal your deposit once you move out. Our pipes burst in January, we moved out in February and they replaced the carpet, and now they are trying to foot us the bill. We left the apartment spotless and we took very good care of it for the year that we lived there - not too mention we put a huge deposit down, but now they are saying we owe them money! I have never heard of something more ridiculous in my life! They never answer their phones, and don't bother leaving a voicemail because they won't return your call anyways. The ONLY reason I have rated them a 1 star is because you can't select none!!! On top of that, maintenance was horrible the whole time we lived there.

Friendly staff especially the maintenance crew! They are always willing to help! I had a one bedroom apt and it was really spacious
