Great place to live but the rent is high like everywhere in Colorado. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great very helpful caring about very issues that I ever had they always seem to get it figured out for me thank you.ð I have lived here for 8 years. I wanted to add that the maintenance manager Tim goes by (Lucky) he is the best maintenance manager that I've ever had in any apartment I've lived in and I've lived here for going on 9 years might be a little longer so thank you.

Clean community, quiet neighbors. I love this place. Smooth transition into new management. Everybody goes out of their way to help you out including the maintenance staff. Always a positive atmosphere when I'm in there. Far more than I can say for most other places I don't know what more you can ask for.

I moved there from Las vegas on a job transfer. I loved the apartment but my downstairs neighbor harassed me every single day. He was something short of a pervert. I called the police several times. The police advised me to move. before moving I requested to transfer apartments, the manager would not transfer me, so of course I moved. The police officer even went to the managers office to explain what was going on, and after she refused to transfer me, I broke my lease and moved. I am sure if this was their mother, daughter, or sister being harassed they would have done something...Hopefully (police reports below) Now I owe 1576.00 for breaking my lease...doesnt seem fair
