Updated 12/5/18 My car was wrongfully towed from my complex with my parking sticker there clear as day and during the tow my car was damaged. Amanda and Sheila went ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting with getting back what was rightfully ours and also with the repair claim process through the towing company. We are forever grateful for their help and honestly for them being involved at all when they could have had a "not our problem" attitude. We were treated with the upmost respect even when we were infuriated with everything going on. The management here is amazing! Anyone who is debating on moving here most absolutely should! These ladies will help with ANYTHING you are having an issue with and are actually understanding people :) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We were approved for an apartment very quickly with all the help from the office staff! We love the complex and cannot wait for move in day! Thank you :)

My fiancé and I have lived here for over a year now and we are extremely happy here. Great place to live the apartments are beautiful and the outside is very well maintained. On top of that the office staff and maintenance staff are very accommodating and get back to you right away. When ever we have had an issue itâs been handled in a timely manner and they are willing to go above and beyond for you. I would highly recommended these apartments.

I would like to speak with a manager for the past 3 days and nobody in office is answering the phone. Goes straight to automated system everytime. Disappointing.

I still live here and the apartments are great they have a washer and dryer in the apartments they are spacious

You say come in or call to discuss my experience so you can find a way to make it better there is only one way that you cood do that is to honor the offer to renew my lease vs the bait and switch. 2nd is to stop messing around and fulfill my request for reasonable accommodations. Buyer Beware Do not be deceived they have recently changed the name from the Village of North Hills which had a very low score. The apartments are poorly maintained. When Griffis Blessing, they are the management company and owner, took over the property they hired a roofing company who was cheap and a direct result was in high wind a lot of shingles were blown off the roofs. The insurance company says that all the buildings roofs need to be replaced completely. This happened over two months ago and has yet to be replaced. This is just one example When you leave your apartment make sure all the light bulbs work or you will be charged $5 per bulb plus other charges to try ensure that you don't receive a penny back from your deposit. On the average the maintenance staff can be very slow in completing work orders. They are fairly good at handling emergency repairs. There hearts are in the right place but they arenprevented from being able to do there jobs by the corporate office of Griffis Blessing. The office staff can be at times extremely rude. Quit frequently when calling its the answering machine will answer the phone verses one of the office staff. They at times never respond to a message left on the answer machine.

I needed to find an apartment quickly and within a strict budget. I never thought I would find such a nice apartment at my price point. In addition, the staff has been amazing! I've felt valued as a resident and am warmly greeted whenever we cross paths. Everyone on the staff knew me and my name long before I had committed theirs to memory. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join this community.

I have lived here for about 2 yrs now, and have had different experiences throughout my stay. At first it was pretty rocky and had a few bad experiences. Now with the new management and some staff I am content and happy. Hope you have a good experience as well.

While I can't say that the individuals there make living there pleasant, the management and maintenance team are a joy. We had two young kids living there...

I'm knew to the area and decided to check out this beautiful complex. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by staff member Sheila. She gave me all the details of the property and all the information I needed on a two bedroom apartment. Considering how greatly I was treated from the start I would love to call this place my new home when I am officially ready to move. Thanks for all your help Sheila.
