“I would highly recommend living here . The maintenance crew do a excellent job on fixing various things i had issues in my apartment and they also keep the complex very clean. The staff in the leasing office do a fantastic job on communicating to the tenants on different events that goes on in the complex and also help out with any issues that myself or any other tenants have .”

Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly, often within 24 hours. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and modern—with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a quiet atmosphere that’s perfect for both relaxing and working from home. The community amenities are also a huge plus. I love having access to the gym and pool they’re always well-maintained and never overly crowded. And the events the office has for the community have all been super fun and interactive. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Echo Ridge at North Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.”
